Spinning™ Center
Specialty rides, endurance & strength rides, and more
Upcoming Specialty Rides are Saturday January 12th 120 Minute Mt. Washington Ride and Saturday, February 9th a 60 Minute Race Day Ride. All rides start at 9:45 a.m. and require pre-registration at the Front Desk.
Mind Body Classes
Energize, distress, lengthen and strengthen your body & mind. We offer one-on-one pilates reformer training, mat pilates classes, yoga for all levels and foam roller workouts to lengthen and strengthen your muscles.
