Cara graduated all Red Cross swim levels, tried Synchronized swimming, and fell in love with competitive swimming. During school, Cara life guarded and taught all levels of swimming, including adults, while earning a BS in Community Health Education. Cara has worked for TSH as lifeguard, front desk staff, and now an assistant swim coach, and Aquatic Manager. She continues to swim competitively with the Stowe Master's swimmers.
